Kyle Bultman founded Citadel Photography in 2021 and now guides the company’s visual direction as Founder and Director of Photography. He leads creative standards, image quality, and the way every property is translated across stills and motion.
A decade of wedding work sharpened an instinct for timing, composition, and human detail. Today, that experience shapes a disciplined, story-first approach to real estate, architecture, vacation rentals, and brand content.
With Elyse and the Citadel team, Kyle directs a collaborative studio built around one goal: create media that does more than document a space—it helps market it.
