Campaign
Where Lake Michigan Leads the Story
A unified photo-and-film campaign shaped around waterfront views, crafted interiors, and the home’s connection to the lake.
At 1796 Beach Street, the visual story begins with the home’s relationship to Lake Michigan. The Cape Cod–influenced exterior combines shingle and stone, while the interior shifts toward a cleaner palette of wood, marble, and expansive glass. Vaulted ceilings, built-ins, and a wood-burning fireplace give the main living space texture without competing with the horizon. Our campaign follows that movement from detail to scale. Still photographs establish the architecture, finish work, and flow between rooms; the film carries the viewer from the kitchen and living spaces toward the terrace, outdoor kitchen, pool, and lake beyond. Wider compositions preserve the sense of openness, while quieter close views give the materials and craftsmanship room to register. Together, the photography and motion create one continuous presentation: a waterfront home understood not as a collection of rooms, but through the way its spaces, light, and landscape connect.
