Campaign
Two Residences, One Downtown Address
A vertically led campaign clarifying the scale, independent living spaces, and downtown setting of a complex Grand Haven property.
215 South First Street asks the campaign to explain both scale and flexibility. The renovated main residence and expansive accessory dwelling unit form a multi-part property within walking distance of downtown Grand Haven and the waterfront. Generous windows, a third-floor deck, landscaped outdoor areas, and separate living spaces give each part of the property a distinct role while maintaining a coherent whole. The photography handles that complexity with clarity. Exterior and aerial frames establish the connected structures, terraces, and grounds; interior photographs distinguish the principal rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and baths without losing the relationship between them. The vertical film turns the same information into a deliberate progression, using movement and concise pacing to make a large property legible on a phone. The result is a campaign that communicates more than square footage. It shows how architecture, independent spaces, and a downtown setting can support a range of ways to live and work.
